- the line is characterised with a speed of 500 pieces per minute and is very efficient, so we are able to ensure great production continuity,
- in accordance with the concept of the new drive of the line it is 100% servodriven (it uses a specialised drive-supporting system). A combination of the Siemens C7 control unit with the Bosch-Rexroth Indradrive servodrives constitutes a “true masterpiece of the modern technique”. The machine with the complete concept of servodrives is much more flexible for the adaptation of product or raw materials change and enables further modernisations.
- a machine equipped with the new servodrives system enables reduction of the electric power consumption by approximately from 30% to 40%, what results in the environment friendly approach.
- the mechanical concept of the machine was created on the basis of modular units. This concept enables flexibility and further modernisations.
- this process covers all the necessary functions involved in the baby diapers manufacture and its huge advantage is the lack of wastes in the product shape punching process. Such design of the product results in significant savings in the field of material costs, comparing to the classic anatomical diapers: about 40% less use of non-woven fabrics, PE film or fabric back sides, adhesive on the external and inner layer. Moreover, the elastic corrugated material stripes or foam are not necessary any more. Because there are no wastes, the production costs decrease significantly, what results in the lower final price for the client.- besides the savings and zero wastes, the shape of the product is the state-of- the- art design on the world markets.

- the core is the main element of the new machine. It enables applying 3 intermediate layers at the same time. Because SAP (superabsorbent) is dosed only in the central layer, it perfectly overlaps the simultaneously applied lower and upper layers of the pulp. The quantity of lost SAP in the production process should be significantly lower comparing to the current line. Besides the simplified cleaning process and lowering the costs of raw materials consumption caused by decreasing the superabsorbent waste, the quality of the product is improved as well. The concept of the 3-layer core reduces the feeling of the hard particles of the superabsorbent through the internal side of the product.
