The quality Policy
Personal hygiene measures belong to the group of products purchased consistently and regularly, and their buyers are characterized by high attachment to the producer and special attention to safety and quality of realization.
Therefore, since the beginning of our company, that is for almost 20 years, Hygienka adopted as its strategic goal to provide stable and high quality manufactured products, and thus – health and comfort of customers.
Hygienka implements its high-quality policy mainly by:
- improving the functioning of the Quality Management System ISO 9001, what is mostly reflected in the conduct of constant, uninterrupted, systematic actions to increase the probability of Customer satisfaction’s growth (i.e. consulting opinions about used products, taking care of efficient information flow, analysis and improvement of complaints procedures),
- improving the skills of the staff through trainings and participation in symposiums and conferences, because in a branch like production of personal hygiene things, same as in cosmetology, there is a great importance of innovation and tracking the dynamically developing market. Permanent improvement of staff skills, guarantees also increase of the efficiency and professionalism of service both the Customer as well as Contractors. What is more, owning to adequate staff training, their awareness of environment protection is increasing,
- implementation of new solutions both technological and organizational, based on deep analysis of the relations between all stages and levels of Hygienka functioning: starting with production processes, through logistics, and ending with sale,
- current monitoring of the supplies and periodic qualification of suppliers, raw materials and services. The quality of products and production processes is controlled penetratingly by the inside quality laboratory and independent external auditors such as: SGS, Courtray Consulting Labservice. At the same time Hygienka permamently cooperates with the Institute of textiles in Lodz, accredited by PCA, in terms of raw materials’ parameters and finished products, research .
It’s worth mentioning, that Hygienka leads few marketing and advertising activities on a large scale, nonetheless, its nappies and sanitary towels are well recognised and consciously chosen by Consumers. This is an outstanding proof that our Customers’ expectations related to the quality of our products have been fulfilled, and Hygienka may assert in conviction that even on such competitive market, like personal care industry, Polish company can effectively resist foreign giants.
